Dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a snapshot of your organization: how many projects are running, whether backups are healthy, what happened recently, and shortcuts to common tasks.
Organization Stats
The top of the dashboard shows four key numbers:
| Stat | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Projects | Total projects in your organization |
| Environments | Total environments across all projects (running + stopped) |
| Servers | Connected servers (your own + shared) |
| Team Members | People with access to this organization |
These numbers update in real time. If a teammate creates a new project or adds a server, you will see the count change without refreshing the page.
Backup Compliance
The dashboard displays a Backup Compliance percentage that tells you how well your organization is maintaining backups.
How It Works
The metric only counts environments that have backups turned on. Dev and test environments with backups disabled are excluded entirely.
Formula: (Environments with a recent successful backup) / (Environments with backups enabled) x 100%
Example:
- 10 environments total
- 8 have backup policies enabled
- 2 are dev environments with backups disabled
- 6 of the 8 have completed a recent backup
Compliance = 6 / 8 = 75%
The 2 disabled environments do not drag down the score.
What Affects Your Score
A score below 100% usually means one of these:
- A backup failed because the storage provider was unreachable
- An environment has backups enabled but the policy has not run yet (common for new environments)
- The backup schedule ran, but the backup itself errored out
To investigate, go to Backups in the sidebar and filter by Failed status.
Recent Activity
The activity feed shows what has happened in your organization over the past few days. Each entry includes who did it, what they did, and when.
Typical activity entries:
- Deployments started and completed
- Backups created (manual or scheduled)
- Environments created, cloned, or destroyed
- Team members invited or removed
- Server connections tested
- Restore operations
The feed updates in real time. New entries appear at the top without requiring a page refresh.
Quick Actions
Below the stats, you will find shortcuts to the most common operations:
- Deploy -- Go directly to an environment and trigger a deployment
- Create Project -- Start a new project with the setup wizard
- Add Server -- Connect a new server to your organization
- Create Backup -- Jump to an environment's backup management
These are just navigation shortcuts. They take you to the same pages you would reach through the sidebar, but save a few clicks when you know exactly what you want to do.
Resource Usage Summary
The dashboard includes a summary of your organization's resource consumption:
- CPU Cores -- Total allocated across all active environments vs. your available capacity
- RAM -- Memory allocated vs. available
- Disk -- Storage allocated vs. available
These numbers reflect what you have allocated to environments, not real-time utilization. If you assigned 4 CPU cores to an environment, those 4 cores count toward your allocation even if the environment is mostly idle.
For detailed quota breakdowns and plan limits, go to Settings > Usage tab. The dashboard summary is a quick indicator; the Usage tab has the full picture.
Switching Organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization dropdown in the top navigation bar. Switching organizations reloads the dashboard with that organization's stats, activity, and resources.
Troubleshooting
Stats show zero even though I have projects
Refresh the page. If the problem persists, check that you are viewing the correct organization in the dropdown.
Backup compliance is low but my backups are fine
Check whether any environments have backup policies enabled but have not run their first backup yet. Newly created environments with a daily schedule will not have a backup until the schedule triggers for the first time.
Activity feed is empty
The feed only shows activity for the currently selected organization. If you just created the organization, there may not be any activity yet.
