Before You Start

Most issues can be resolved by checking logs first. Go to Environment → Logs to view real-time and historical logs.

Essential Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check Environment Status - Is the environment running, stopped, or in error state?
  2. View Logs - Check Odoo logs, PostgreSQL logs, and deployment logs
  3. Check Resources - Is the server running low on CPU, RAM, or disk space?
  4. Review Recent Changes - Did a recent deployment or configuration change cause the issue?
