Before You Start
Most issues can be resolved by checking logs first. Go to Environment → Logs to view real-time and historical logs.
Essential Troubleshooting Steps
- Check Environment Status - Is the environment running, stopped, or in error state?
- View Logs - Check Odoo logs, PostgreSQL logs, and deployment logs
- Check Resources - Is the server running low on CPU, RAM, or disk space?
- Review Recent Changes - Did a recent deployment or configuration change cause the issue?
